Hosta Devon Green is a superb medium-sized hosta prized for its rich glossy green foliage and exceptional garden performance. Forming a dense, symmetrical mound of thick, heart-shaped leaves, this outstanding variety provides reliable colour and structure throughout the growing season. The deep green foliage remains attractive from spring until autumn and offers excellent substance, helping to improve resistance to slug damage.
During summer, elegant stems rise above the foliage carrying attractive lavender flowers that bring additional seasonal interest and attract pollinators to the garden. Its neat habit and dependable growth make it one of the best green hostas for borders, woodland gardens and container planting.
Plants leaves are cut back from August and will reappear late Spring.
