We are committed to supplying high-quality plants and horticultural products. Every order is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards and arrives in the best possible condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution in accordance with your consumer rights.

Live Plant Returns

Many of our products are live plants and other perishable horticultural goods. For this reason, they are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights that apply to many distance sales under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you believe there is a fault with your order, please contact us before returning any goods so that we can advise on the best course of action.

Returns and Proof of Postage

Where a return has been agreed, customers should obtain proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit during return shipping.
