As the majority of our products are live plants we always post them out first class signed for post so as to make sure they arrive with you on time. In the event you are not 100% content with your purchase you may return your goods for a replacement. Provided that the item is in a saleable condition.
Exceptions to the above rule are goods, which are custom made, and ordered specially.
