UK Deliveries
Most orders are dispatched within one working day. However, during busy periods or where plants require preparation before dispatch, please allow up to 21 days for your order to be processed and delivered.
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the estimated times stated. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, or other suitable delivery services. Faster delivery options may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.
Royal Mail and courier deliveries are typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch, although delays may occasionally occur. Please allow up to 10 working days before reporting a parcel as missing.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Overseas Deliveries
International shipping regulations for live plants vary between countries and may change over time.
Customers outside the United Kingdom should contact us before placing an order so that we can confirm current import requirements, shipping costs and any phytosanitary certification requirements.
Additional charges may apply for phytosanitary certificates, export documentation and international shipping.
International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs procedures and local postal services. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the plants or products ordered are permitted for import into their country and for complying with any local regulations or permit requirements.
Collection of Orders
If you wish to collect your order in person, please contact us in advance so that suitable arrangements can be made.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address specified in your order and come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person identified by you to take delivery.
Ownership of the goods remains with Bali-Hai Mail Order Nursery until full payment has been received.
