Growing Your Agapanthus Collection

For the best results, plant in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny position. Additionally, Agapanthus performs exceptionally well in containers where slight root restriction often encourages more prolific flowering. During prolonged dry periods, regular watering will help maintain healthy growth and maximise flower production.

Once established, these plants require very little maintenance. Remove spent flower stems after flowering to keep displays looking tidy. Meanwhile, established plants will continue to increase in size and flowering performance each year. Furthermore, the attractive foliage provides valuable structure and texture throughout the growing season.
