Crocosmia Canary Bird lovely form of Crocosmia. Clump forming perennial with lance shaped green leaves and deep canary yellow flowers from late summer. 
Height 70cm.  Requires full sun to partial shade in well drained soil. Zone 6-10  Makes excellent cut flowers and a dramatic impact to any border.
