Rhodohypoxis Great Scott perennial with tuber like root stock and an erect, basal, tuft of narrowly lance shaped hairy leaves. Bears a succession of erect, deep carmine flowers singly on slender stems in spring and early summer. Ht 5-10cm. Sp 5cm. Requires full sun and well drained soil. Protect from winter wet.

This is the true Great Scott the darkest red of all Rhodohypoxis only have a few too spare hard to get.
