Helleborus x hybridus Queen of the Night Strain
Helleborus x hybridus Queen of the Night Strain evergreen, clump forming perennial with dense divided foliage, above which rise nodding, cup shaped nodding deep purple flowers with matt purple on the inside set off by honey-green nectaries in winter or early spring with lovely purple stems as well. Height and spread 25cm. Requires partial shade and well drained moist soil with lots of organic matter. As these are crossed plants flower colour will vary but so far they all have flowered a lovely purple colour. |
