Clematis Royal Velvet TM Evifour(N)

An Evison/Poulsen cultivar raised by Raymond Evison and introduced in 1993. An extremely free flowering clematis of compact habit. Ideal for a small garden or container culture. Slightly bronze coloured foliage in the spring. The 15cm (6in) wide flowers are rich velvet purple with dark red anthers.

Flowers:  late spring - early autumn.

Height:  2m (6ft)

Zone 4-9
