Deliveries:

UK Deliveries

Please allow up to 21 days for your order to be processed and delivered. Bali-Hai Nursery will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.

All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class or via Parcelforce48. Should you require a faster delivery method, then please contact us for assistance.

Next day delivery must be ordered and payment received by 12 noon for delivery on the following day.

Royal Mail 1st Class and carrier deliveries are aimed at next day delivery, please allow 1 - 2 working days for delivery. 

Overseas Deliveries:

For overseas customers we use Royal Mail Airmail which takes 4-6 full working days after the day of posting.  It also takes 4 days to get a Plant Phyto sanitary Certificate.

In our experience, deliveries within Europe average 4-6 days. Outside Europe, the normal range is 5-9 days. At peak periods such as Christmas, transit times may increase slightly so we do not send items out at holiday times.

Title:

Title to any goods supplied to the customer by Bali-Hai Nursery shall remain the property of Bali-Hai Nursery until paid for in full.
