Returns Damages


If you should find after inspection that the goods you receive are defected or damaged, please follow this procedure to return goods:

Please inform us within 3 days of the delivery, giving us the following information

  • Your Name and Address
  • Your Order Number
  • The item that is damaged or defective
  • Details of any problems or damage

If you suspect that the damage may have been caused by the courier/postal service, then please keep the packaging for inspection.

We will then contact you and agree a resolution to the problem. This would be a credit, a replacement item, or any other mutually agreed resolution.

Where Bali-Hai Nursery requests the return of an item, (due to a manufacturing fault), then Bali-Hai Nursery will refund any postage incurred, and supply you with a GRN (goods return number).

Please do not send back faulty goods without contacting us first. Bali-Hai Nursery will not compensate you for the cost of returning such goods unless you have a GRN.
